I’m almost 32 and I’m 5f 4.5. I’ve gone from 16s.6lbs (230 lbs) to 9s.11 lbs (137 lbs) in 14 months. That’s a loss of 6s.9lbs (93 lbs). I’ve been using calorie counting and swimming twice per week for 40 mins a session. No tablets just willpower and weight loss milkshake. I reduced my grams of fat to approx 20 grams per day and had 1500 calories per day. I think it’s the easiest way to lose weight but maybe it’s just the easiest way for me. I eat the exact same things as my family and they are definitely not on my diet. I would like to give you some useful information on my experience of weight loss and the products that have helped me along the way.
I feel that it is important to me to share my knowledge and experience of weight loss products to assist others in achieving there goals just like I did.
Ok, a little bit on your diet. Start your diet with a food diary, record everything you eat, what you were doing at the time, and how you felt. That tells you about yourself, your temptation, the emotional states that encourage you to snack and may help you lose once you see how much you eat.
Drink six to eight glasses of water a day. Water itself helps cut down on water retention because it acts as a diuretic. Taken before meals, it dulls the appetite by giving you that "full feeling." Diet with a buddy Support groups are important, and caring people can help one another succeed. Start your own, even with just one other person.
Ok, back to the products. I’ve personally reviewed dozens of products, but only a few we felt comfortable recommending. We consider these products to be effective and have certainly had a dramatic effect on my body. Without a little helping hand from these weight loss powders I don’t think that it would have been as comfortable to lose the weight. These drinks really do taste good, don’t get me wrong you can buy some that are really bad but the one that I buy is quite nice.

Now, let’s get down to the most important part of dieting…. The workout, yes I know your thinking “Oh no not the exercise part” but seriously if you want to lose the weight, you have to combine your diet with your exercise routine.
I go to the gym 3 times per week and train with weights and in-between I do 40 mins of cardio which will work out at a total loss of 800 calories per workout. Within 2 weeks of this I guarantee that the weight will start to fall off you.
