so, this is me after my workout this afternoon. I've let myself go a little bit without having the opportunity to get to the gym (membership cancelled), and no time for bike rides. Nutrition, however, has not suffered.
Now that the stress is all over for me, I may finally have time to get back into a routine. Since my membership has cancelled, I must resort to the various accessories that I have at home. I do like the fact I have all this random equipment, and a full exercise encyclopedia in my head because they keep my workouts fun and fresh...hardly any repeats. I plan on putting on a bit more muscle (which has never been a problem for me when I set my mind to it) and strength while building up VO2 max, lactate threshold, and lower my BP.
My cycle at this moment is getting back to the basics of strength, hypertropthy, and balance, then progress more into compound power movements, plyometrics, agility, and nutrition will progress accordingly as well.
%BF has never been a problem with me and am not concerned with weight, however there are some parts of my body that I believe are not balanced with the rest, and some corrective exercises may be needed in a few areas that I've put off due to a horrendous schedule.
any feedback is appreciated or any questions.
oh, and consider this my first pic to be used as a "before" shot
