So I just thought I would come on here and post a new thread about my Journey.
Its hard to believe that 5 months ago I was looking in the mirror at my size 16 204ib body. I was very unhappy with myself and didnt have any motivation to get healthy. What "turned the key" for me was, my friends and I had a party and there were LOTS of photos being taken....OMG i looked horrible..I looked fat, unhappy and i was embarassed. So at that point I said to myself "WTF are you doing? your 20yrs old, your young and have all the energy in the world...why are you so damn lazy?" I started eating healthy drinking lots of water and going to the gym 5-6 times a week..i felt great and I lost about 14ibs, and is now a size 14 (which are getting kinda big
Ive wasted 2mths or so by NOT going to the gym that often (1-2times a weed), sorda eating right (giving into those cravings)....blah blah all the excuses. But today I knew that I had to get back with the "program" because I want to feel as good as i felt the day i realised i had lost 14ibs. I know I can do it..and I know that in the long run, this will be the best thing I have ever done for myself. I want to be a size 10/12 and lose about another 20-25Ibs.. and honestly i dont want to be skinny, i like being curvy! All i want is to be healthy and look great AND buy some seven jeans (which I cant fit into right now..too small...damn company only makes jeans for stupid skinny girls lol)
So thats my little journy! This forum has helped me out ALOT and all the people on here and great inspirations for anyone wanting to shed a few pounds! Good luck to everyone!
