Serious weight training.

I really want to find out how to bulk out a lot. I do weights and take weigh protein, i want to bulk out quickly and effectively. I am 6ft 2ins and still growing and would like to start growing out a lot more. I do have muscle and natural strength but want it to really show.LEGALLY. Can anyone help me?

put together a weight training program and stay on it. consistiency is key. compound movements like bench press, squat, deadlift, etc are the best for building mass. hit each muscle group no more than twice a week (but hit them hard when you do them). stay primarily to a middle rep scheme (4-8 reps per set on your larger muscle groups, 6-10 on smaller ones), and do some occasioanal high rep stuff as well. eat a whole lot and drink water. .
 
I only started working out and eating properly about 7 months ago. When I started I only weighed 158 lbs. I'm now up to 173. Proper diet and consistency is definitely the key. I eat six times a day (lots of protein), two whey protein shakes a day, and creatine shakes after working out. I'm still nowhere near where I would like to be, but I'm getting there.
 
eat a lot of whole grain bread with peanut butter, and fruits and vegetables. You need those carbs; otherwise, sounds like you got the protein situation handled.
 
and just keep in mind that since you're still growing, you won't see the muscle gains as quickly because so much of your food intake is going to 'normal' growth. you'll still grow, just don't get discouraged if your rate of growth isn't what you had hoped for.
