Has anyone heard of this? Apparently it got some good reviews, of course that doesn't mean I should trust it. Has anyone tried it? Please share your thoughts.

I wouldn't if I were you. I couldn't find anything right now that suggested it was dangerous, but that doesn't mean it isn't. There are healthy ways to lose weight without taking any pills or powders. So many of them wind up causing heart or liver issues. Not worth the risk to me.

I count calories and that's working for me with consistent and healthy results. I can help you get started losing weight this way, if you are interested. Just let me know. No gimmicks or pills, just eating fewer calories than you burn.

i wouldnt use this system as a fitness person going to the gym everyday and eating right this wouldnt seem like the way to go. im here to help people out because systems like this really dont work and if they do there short term. :nopity:

If you want my opinion, all those product all bullcrap. There's no shortcut to healthy weight loss and post loss healthy lifestyle, the secret isn't one, eat healthy and exercise.

I agree that healthy eating and exercise are the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, sometimes people just need a boost to get it started.

My mom and I have been using Sensa with good results. She hasn't necessarily changed her diet any. I have been eating very healthy over the past few months and cut out almost all processed foods and sugars.

We are both losing weight -- so it works. As far as its safety - I am not sure. You always take a risk by taking any artificial supplement or diet pill.

I won't stay on it long term, but I am happy with the results and so is my mother.

I can agree that i see how it could ''help'' you, maybe in the same way that placebo works. Most product come with basic instructions like eating healthy and doing some exercise. It all depend from people to people, but if you take for exemple someone going from eating really bad and doing no exercise to watching what he's eating more (cuting calorie) and being a little bit more active it's pretty common to see good results. I don't know of any product saying that you could eat anything you want in any amount (i.e) taking alot of calories in, and just taking the pill and it'll do the rest. Let's be real, if there was really a miracle products, we'd all use it. I don't know of any product that will make you ''burn'' more calories by sitting all day and eating more calorie than your body burns. Loosing weight is all about math in the end for most people without medical problem .

If believing in a product is a crutch and get you started on a healthier life style, good for you ;)
