Seeking video suggestions

I've been browsing the fitness video section at Amazon, and it seems that most DVDs are oriented towared women or losing weight.

About me:
I am already thin, and I am just looking to get toned and healthy. Not interested in building muscle.
just turned 32
6 feet tall (no lies here)
170 lbs
32 waist/34 length pant size
my only fat is a small stomach, but I do feel abs underneath
I have big legs from biking and walking (I live in NYC and I never drive)

I already use the Tamilee Quick Toning Abs, Arms and Lower Body of Steel workout DVD in the morning. The 15 minute workouts are perfect just before going to work. Don't have more time in the morning, but I am looking to add a 30-45 workout in the evening when I get home. The Tamilee videos has 3 arm/abs workouts and 3 legs workouts which I alternate between everyday.

During the winter months I don't bike, so I am getting no cardio workout. So I am basically looking for an overall workout video that doesn't require specialized equipment (besides handweights). Alternating workouts would be ideal. I am willing to also replace the 15 minute Tamilee video since it is getting old, although I still like it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi! I'm a cyclist too(same big leg scenerio too).In the winter months I run and do tae-bo tapes.Billy Blanks ROCKS! It is very challenging cardio that keeps me in shape for bike season.I guarentee you would love his videos!
p.s.do the big legs bother you? They do me,but the more I bike to lean them up,the bulkier they get!

My legs are not body builder huge, but when you consider that I have a very skinny upper body, my legs are massive.

There have been many views of this thread, but no suggestions. Surely others use videos at home and they can suggest at least one. I am thinking about getting a Tae Bo video, but are so many!

I'm pretty much the (self-proclaimed) video queen here, and I'm in Brooklyn, Lefty.

I like Karen Voight & Kari Anderson the best. I also have videos that I like from Cory Everson and the Firm. I don't much like Kathy Smith but I have her stuff, too. I think I have had some Tami Lee in the past, but sold her on half.com.

But I only rely on videos for yoga/pilates/weights, for cardio I go on the bike (and watch movies) or count on walking since I also don't drive.

Let me know if I can help you further!

I do the tae-bo live series, but you have to start w/ his basic instruction tapes, which you can rent at a video store or library if you don't want to purchase them.I also started doing the Get Ripped tapes, they are even harder than the Live series.I would recommend 1st the basic tape w/ instruction, then when you get the moves down, move onto more advanced tapes.Check eBAY or half.com for great deals.I've seen his tapes for .75 cents!

It depends on how much money you want to spend, because you could get some videos that will have you doing squats or lunges, and stuff like that to get the legs tired or like kickboxing videos where you get fatigued and you have a 'great workout'... Or you could try spending a little bit more and getting like a couple steps w/ dumbbells, or if you really want a good tool (but a little spendy), is a Bosu Trainer (which comes with a video :p )

I never did reply with what videos I eventually got.

I ended up with Gilad's Split Routine Workout and Crunch Boot Camp. So far, I really like Gilads DVD which is a 45 cardio workout, and 45 minute tone workout. The anaeobic workout really kicked my ass (I should say legs) the first time. So much for strong legs from biking. Not so enthusiatic about the Crunch video.

The newest isTaebo set in the mail as I write. I am still looking for some 15 minute workouts to replace what I have. Fifteen minute workouts are perfect for me in the morning.
