Here are some secrets i want to share with you, about how to lose man boobs (I know how you feel):

1. You can naturally increase your testosterone while lowering your estrogen levels to get rid of your man boobs faster or...

2. Stop using drugs that cause your body to produce more estrogen like alcohol, steroids, tobacco, and marijuana (weed, pot, mary jane) and also...

3. If you're using prescription drugs like Antibiotics (isoniazid, ketoconazole, metronidazole), Anti-ulcer medications such as cimetidine, Cancer chemotherapeutics, Cardiovascular drugs like captopril and digitoxin, or Psychoactive agents like diazepam and tricyclic antidepressants that cause your body to produce more estrogen... Ask your doctor if there are any alternative drugs you can take but please note: Don't forgo your health & safety just to get rid of man boobs.

Good luck..!

Actually man boobs is two things and you really need to seperate them out to talk about them.

One sort of manboobs is the classic fatty manboobs that i, among many on this board I think, have. They aren't really mamboobs per se, they're just boob-like fat deposits situated in a very boob-centric place on my torso. Those you can loose one way, loose weight.

With regard to the hormonal manboobs, usually its a teen thing that goes away, but, the only really sane way of dealing with it is to go see a doctor. The doctor will be able to tell you whether it is due to drugs, teen-hormone-amok, an actual failure on your bodys part to produce correct amounts of hormone or a whole other thing, and will then be able to tell you what will change them.

And then i noticed the spam removed from the sig... damnit... what a waste of time :(

Well.. if they are of the gynecomastia sort then it can be quite complicated. First of all you're try and treat the underlying condition that is causing the moobs to appear. The problem is that if someone has had gynecomastic moobs for too long, they tend to "stick" even after the underlying condition is treated. Then you go for liposuction, skin surgery and all sorts of plastique shenanigans, it is rare that it ends up like that tho, as far as I am aware.

I'm glad it's okay for women to have them. Or I might be having all kinds of issues right now.
