searching for inner strength

Hi everyone!

I am new to this forum. I am a 27 year old female who wants to lose 70 lbs. I have been overweight all my life and I'm tired of it! I recently hired a personal trainer and will be training with him 3 times a week until November. I decided to join this forum because I want to stay focused and motivated. I am very timid and embarrased to talk to others about my weight because non of my friends stuggle with weight problems so I pretend to be happy, when I'm really not all the time. On days when I don't see my trainer, I stuggle to stay on track and motivated.

I hope ur doing well in ur road to a fat free life! i understand how u feel, and would advise u to be stubborn in the face of stiff opposition from ur body. u see the body cries stop it or les do it tomorrow, but u have to kick out of tht bondage, its jus that first step out of the warm bed, and ul overcome it! god bless u

Find the plan that will actually work for you, and stick with it. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, something that you need to be comfortable sticking with even AFTER you reach your goal weight.
