I am still getting in the mode for losing weight, but I thought of something that helps get me motivated...I thought that it may help others so I decided to share my idea.
I love scrapbooking. So I thought why not scrapbook my weight loss. So I started scrapbooking my weight loss. Things that motivate me, things that I crave, my weaknesses. i leave this scrapbook out in the open as a coffee table book. This way I can't forget my goals and where I came from.
