schedule

Google Bill Starr's 5X5 method; it's solid.

I'll critique a workout routine/schedule if you post it, but you need to lay it out. Think of me as a proof reader ,not a ghost writer.

What are your goals?
What is your lifestyle/ work schedule?
How much time/ effort are you willing to put into it?
Do you have access to a gym?
How far from work?
What is your home gym?
Any injuries we need to know about?

my goal is to bench 255. no injuries. gym avaliable on campus. I love lifting its my life. I basically work out every day whenever i dont have class.

Sorry I did not respond sooner. I guess I just overlooked this- okay

Now, I need to know. Do you have any other goals besides bench press. You say weight training is your life but you did not say if you want to look like a bodybuilder or a powerlifter or like a model or if this is sport speciffic or if you want to lose/gain weight. please give any details that you think might help. I have nothing to go on other than that you like to bench and don't want to get hurt.

Also, are you willing to do cardio or anaerobics?
Are you willing to eat six times a day? Willing to diet?
Are you willing to / able to work out six days a week?
How much time are you willing to spend on your workouts?
