Scared Diagnosis

Hey everyone,

My left bicep is screwed. I cant lay/stretch my left arm straight/flat down, i cant go past 90 degrees. Pain is at start of bicep near shoulder, and end of bicep near elbow and underneath of forearm. It feels like theres a tight string and i cant let it down. The thing is i have been doing dumbell curls 15kg each arm no problems for a year and now i changed to 5kg on each end barbell curls and now this has happened. Even though its lighter.
Sorry im really freaked out at the moment!:(
Anyway have a suggestion what ive done???

I would certainly go to the Dr.

But the easiest solution, is STOP DOING CURLS, Stop lifting and take a break for 3 months let your body heal. Sounds like you have bilateral musculocutanous nerve palsy.

your problem sounds like the football player he is describing in the book. See a Doctor for sure, But also give up the routine for 3 months and see if that helps.
