Hi all! I'm Jennie almost 27 and stuck in a bit of a rut. I last year made a huge diet change and lost 60 pounds, I went from 200 to 140. A size 14 to a size 6. Good news is I have kept most of it off.

2 months ago I had to have emergency surgery to have a dermoid tumor removed in my lower abdomen. Since the surgery I have had to ease back into my workout routine. I have gained about 8-10 of those pounds back from lack of cardio I was unable to run for about 5 weeks without being in pain. Combine that with the fact my husband got back from a year long deployment and we have been eating out A LOT. So I don't want to slowly climb back to where I was. I am putting a stop to this at 150.

I work out 4 days a week, I strength train and am getting back into running thankfully it's not painful anymore. I just think with some added support I will be able to lose those 10 pounds plus another 7 or so. My goal is 135-ish at 5'7 almost 5'8 that is a nice healthy weight for me, and also what I think is a realistic goal.

Thanks for taking the time to read my long winded intro.

Sounds like very reasonable goals jennie. I don't think you will have any problems accomplishing them. Take it easy on the eating out.
