Hi guys! I'm totally new to your forums, and thought I'd share a little bit about myself. I'm a 28 year old Nak Muay (Thai Boxer) and well, I'm scared of getting old and fat now that I don't compete anymore. My better half and I have decided to share fitness goals and strive for general health and fitness as we grow more comfortable with life. I am starting at 6'0" 155lbs @ 5.2% BF, and wouldn't mind putting on a little mass now that I'm not trying to hit a specific weight class. I want it to be good, lean mass. I am hoping there will be a great many of good discussions to be had that hopefully lead me in the right direction as time goes on.
