Saturday...the true test!

Well, I won't lie to anyone here. I work come home and play games, workout, help my family with stuff etc. I have no friends. So my sat. night is boreing playing a game or watching a movie. And I must say, I am craving a serious burger and fries right now from Chillis! This is usually my night to watch a good movie. Now, this is my first week. I started June 1st. I want to tell me self I can cheat once a week but I already feel bad about it and I haven't even done it yet LOL. I keep wondering if that one meal will undo everything I did this week. But on the same token you gotta stay happy and treat yourself for hard work. Its kind of a double edge sword you know haha.

As I am writing this right now an idea just poped into my head. Why not get a meal and only eat half. Who says I gotta eat all the fries and the burger. I am thinking that for long term success you have to treat yourself when its deserved. The main goal is to not fall back into eating fast food 3 times a day 7 days a week. But like every other normal person trying to lose weight. I think treating yourself to a cheat day makes you work harder the next week to wanna get that treat again. I guess all I had to do was write this down to figure this craving out haha. I might as well post this for everyone to read.

I had my treat meal tonight. I just didn't eat everything, instead I ate about 1/3 of everything and was full and happy. Nothing wrong with treating yourself once a week as long as you don't over do it.:cheers2:
