I have this friend... How many times have you heard that... Anyway, this friend of mine cut out all alcohol, red meat, and as much saturated fat as possible. He was probably 50 lbs overweight. His mom had a heart attack and he did a re-evaluation of his dietary habits. He's lost about 30 lbs.
So my question - how much saturated fat is too much. ie, natural peanut butter has 2.5 g per serving. I believe he said he only gets things under 2g per serving.
I like the results I see in him. His whole family is looking healthy, he has a ton of energy, etc. Any opinions?
