Sandbag Fitness and Strength

Hi Guys,

I run a Sandbag Fitness blog that has benchmark workouts, instructional videos and weekly posted workouts for you to try.

Does anyone else on the forum train with sandbags?

Here is a workout you can try:

20-1 of Sandbag Thrusters, Burpees, Knees to Elbows.

Complete 20 repetitions of each exercise, then 19, then 18 etc.

Complete as quickly as possible.

Record your time.

They're just really versatile and very inexpensive. I always hated the idea that people would have to spend lots of money on things that ultimately wouldn't do much for their fitness.
