Salmon patties

1 can of salmon (get all the bones you can out of course)
2 egg whites
about 1 1/2 cups of special k (I eyeball it)
couple small dashes of Tony Chachere's seasoning
4-5 squirts of low fat/fat free italian dressing
(Modify the seasoning amounts to your liking)

Mash all this stuff together with your hands in a tupperware container till you can't feel any little pieces of salmon bone. I play with it like play-doh.

I can usually makes two patties for me. Toss them onto your George Foreman grill (or whatever knockoff grilling machine you have. I have Hamilton Beach) until cooked thoroughly. Mine usually take 7-8 minutes I think.

Anyway, thought yall might enjoy a cheap, protien-rich recipe.
