Hi guys! I'm new to this forum.
And I have a quick question. I used to workout all the time and for the last 10 months I totally gave up and gained about 20 pounds. For some reason I can't get back on track. I've been talking to some people about dieting again. I do know how to come up with a nice diet, but in the other side I don't have time like I used to. So my question is. What do you think about a "Salad diet" eat salad for lunch and dinner every day.... Do you think I'll get results from eating just salad?
