Running v Jogging

I found this video which brilliantly expains the best form of cardio exercise

So I thought I would look further into it and found this site:

Im astonished to find than running for 30 minutes uses double the calories that jogging does. But the question is whats the difference? Is jogging moving a medium speed and running moving as fast as you can? Would you prefer to jog for 60 minutes and use the same calories as running for 30 minutes?

What if you did the jog with intermittent sprints? How long would you have to do that for for the same results? I know I couldn't run for 30 mins without peeling over. :11doh:

Why would you want to jog for 60 minutes when you can burn the same amount of calories, lose less muscle, and improve your endurance even more by doing HIIT cardio for 20 minutes?

I think running is where only your toes ever touch the ground or at least your toe is the first thing to touch the ground on each stride, and jogging is where your whole foot touches the ground or your heal is the first thing to touch the ground.
