Running / Strength Training / Cross Training

What do you do for these exercises? Like an example of a workout you are doing now.

I haven't done strength training for about 6 months and know I need to get back into it... I have been focusing on my running alone and notice that I think I need to start mixing in a Spin Class twice a week and maybe strength/core training 3 times a weeks, but am interested to see what others are doing.

This is my current schedule:
Running Sunday(Recovery Run), Tuesday(Normal Run), Thursday(Normal Run), Saturday (Long Run).

Thoughts? ;)
