Running Losing Strength

HEy, so i been running a whole lot lately, usually the minute i wake up i have a quick shake; consisting of a bannana 2 scoops of whey(30g of protein) and 2 scoops of cottage cheese, i jog for about 40-1hour taking walking breaks in between. I realized that the weight i usually bench has become a alot more heavier.i'm thinking of starting to take creatine to help out. wut do think?

Putting your body in a hypoxic state will in-fact make you weaker, not by much, but it will. Some may disagree but when your body needs more air constantly (running 'a whole lot'), the mitochondrial density will increase. Leaving you with a better aerobic energy system, and less actual muscle.

Today is the day Mreik used big words;)

I wanted to just say 'word.'

So...., word.

the bad news? too much areobic training which relies on slow twitch muscle fibres can "turn" un used fast twitch fibres (strength based casically) into sloow fibres thus decreasing strength and the ability to build muscle...the good news? training anerobically can reverse the process
