Running 6km per day but very little weight loss

hi, first post so sorry if it's in wrong place?

i'm 37 year old male. i've been running 6km a day for a month. very little weight loss - from 81kg to about 79/80 kg. i've reduced calorie intake to about 2000 calories a day too. is this normal?
 
Whats your weight and hight?
Could be that your eatting the wrong foods.
Are you having one massive main meal late in the evening?
 
thanks for reply. my height is 6ft (183cm) and i weigh around 79kg (174 pounds)

i do tend to have my largest meal around 7pm
 
seems ok. Try having your largest meal an hour and a bit b4 your run. then you'll be burning off the cals.
The problem is that if your eatting lots, then not doing anything, almost every single cal you had for dinner will turn to fat.
If you did some weight training on the other hand... you would be burning cals all night!
