Rumor Has It

hey every1 i'm sure its incorrect but around school of course I heard that say you eat an extra 400 "bad" (cheat) calories from some junk food when ur in the cutting stage, if you go do your cardio right after you eat and use the bathroom aka do number 2, that helps reduce those bad calories that you ate and makes it almost seem non existant, or doesnt affect your body as much

lol yea i thought so too but they did say that since the body didnt fully digest the food yet that if you run a few minutes later, it will not get rid of it but u kno just not let it affect your body as much. I mean I just ate those bad 500 extra calories and did my HIIT running right after it so i was just wondering. Of course the cramps were gonna occur but I still felt like i had to do it and feel much better now that it is done.

Also I was wondering lets say last night which did happen... u know I at a meal at like 5 O'clock and didnt eat nething else for the rest of the night nor drink anything except water. Now say I ate those 500 bad calories today and didnt do my run just took the day off would it still not affect me in a bad way because it would be like making up for some lost calories that I didnt have yesterday

The second part still doesnt work with me, the nutrients are still going to get absorbed across the intestinal wall no matter what, you cant just crap it out otherwise that would be a world break through for food that contains "no calories" :D

Maybe think of your other question as a seesaw, if the day before is balanced out - that is, your intake is equal to outake, then your at level pegging. If thats the case then the next day with consuming the chips, you would have to do more physical activity than the day before to get the same balance as the day before.

think that made sense :)
