I did the below session today and was wandering if anyone can feedback on the meters covered and even better give it a shot:
On the indoor rowing machine:
2 minutes @ 75% (1:45/500m Pace)
30 seconds @ 85% (1:40 / 500m pace)
10 seconds hard out.
Rest 30 seconds.
Repeat 4 intervals then rest 2 minutes then repeat 4 more intervals.
The challenge is in how many meters you cover total so make sure you program the machine properly. I managed 6301.
Would be interested in any feedback.
