routine

Im starting this routine next week
M-push excercises for whole body
W-pull for whole body
F-push for whole body
M-pull
W-Push
F-pull

Then hiit and abs on T,R,and Sunday

Hows this look?
 
Or my other option is to do
M-Back and Bis
T-chest and tris
R-thighs
F-Shoulder,calves and abs

Hiit on W and Sun
 
I think the first one is kind of overtraining, but i could be wrong. What i do is,

M - Push for whole body
W - Pull for whole body
F - push
Su - Pull

It seems to be working out for me very well. If you're working out hard enough, you'll need more than one day of rest between each push day and the next. Same with your pull day.
