im 5'6" currently 184... looking to drop down to about 160..... im devoting my everytime to this.. i work out 5 days a week.. i run everyday... and weight lift everyday at the gym.... i know how to limit myself as far as weight lifting... i bought... glutamine, creatine, and hydroxycut.. im not too sure to make these a routine in my day......... i eat very healthy... i have only been working out for a week and a half... i have a looong way to go... so where do i start from here?
