im 17 soon 18 im 5 foot 8 and 160-165lbs(11stone) im a 33-34 inch waist.
my goal: i wish to get down to 133lbs-140lbs(9half stone-10stone) i want to get down to a 32 inch waist and decrease my chest size.
I want to get toned down like in the picture :
I would like a work out that's 3-4days 3 would be better for the starting 2-3 months as im studying allot and need the other days to study but after June should be fine for a nice 3-5days.
so if you could recommend a good workout that will get me what im aiming for as well as give me a diet and recommend supplements would be much appreciated
