Routine Issues/Planning

Hi all,

I've been working out pretty regularly for maybe...10 weeks now. I've been seeing some changes, slowly but totally there. I do a 5 day split, M-F and rest Saturday and Sunday. I really like my routine - it's good fun.

But now I've got a problem; I'm starting both Karate and Gymnastics.

Karate: Tue/Wed/Thur/Sat
Gymnastics: Tue/Thur/Sun

My goal is to get 'bigger', gain mass, etc....and I'm worried now that this is going to get in the way. Can someone suggest how I should alter my lifting routine to work with this other stuff I'm doing? I've got experience with gymnastics and I know all sorts of workouts I can do on the events to work whatever muscle group I need - but I'm worried that won't 'bulk' me up.

So yeah - please help me out :)
