routine for 14 yr old

Hey guys,
I've been trying weights for over 6 months now and not seen any real increase in muscle gain. I eat plenty of meat, fish, fruit and drink plenty of juice and water. I use dumbells and a chin-up bar. I do one day of upper body strength and another day of lower body, squats etc, can any one give me any tips as to how i can improve this.

If you want to increase size you must increase weight. Otherwise you only increase strength.

As above, post your program, but try and get bar bells that you can add weight to and increase.

As a rule do 2 set of between 8 and 12. Once you can do 12 at 2 sets, increase weight again.

Many ppl belive that 14 is to young to train, I have no idea, I have seen that freaky 6 yo who is cut as.

You are still growing, so personally I would not lift very heavy weights, but doing exercise is really important and it is great that you have been going for 6mnths. I went for 7 mnths with not much change for same reason.

id say continue working out but dont put so much time into it when i was 14 i tried doing taht and i gain basicly no body muscle now that im 15 3 montsh from 16 everything has changed just wait it out kid.
