routine advise

I am in and out of the gym, but now want to go back and restablish a routine. To start, and to be realistic, 3 days a week, which is what I used to do, looks good. These are exercises I would do at each session 3x a week. Any advice, comment, adjustments would be appreciated. I am 6'4" tall and weigh 208 however it is all in the "love handles". Anyway my routine is, in no particular order and all are 3 sets

Flat bench press - barbell
Incline bench press - barbell
Chest flys - machine
Preacher curl - machine
Bicep curl - dumb bells
Lat pulldown - machine
Leg extension - machine
Calf raise - machine
Tricep - barbell
Tricep pushdown - machine
shoulder shrugs - dumb bells
Crunches
Treadmill 20-30 minutes
 
way too many exersices. you just need like max 6 really in a fullbody routine. Stick to basic compounds:
Squats
Deadlifts
Rows
pullups/pulldowns
bench press
military press.
