Hi all!
I started off at 259lbs and am aiming to lose 100 which'll get me down to 159. I've never been skinny/thin so I feel like this is quite realistic.
Started this time last week on weightwatchers diet and just adding more exercise into my routine (mainly walking and aerobics). I just weighed myself and I have lost 5lbs this week which I'm pretty happy with
Im trying to keep an eye on inch-loss as well as weight loss but won't measure again until next week - I'm hoping to see a difference there too by next week.
Am not struggling at all with the diet, weightwatchers is alright as long as I remember to write stuff down. Just trying to find time to get the exercise in.
Hope everyone else is losing those lbs too! x
