A delicious chicken dish that's even better on day 2!1 1/2 cups orange juice1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup chopped fresh chives3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 (2.5 pound) whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces (can be substituted with chicken breasts)
