12/3/09:

8 AM: Wake up, mile run.
8:15 AM: Whey protein in water, 1/2 cup egg beaters, slice toasted wheat.
11:20 AM: Banana, another serving of whey protein in water.
2:00: Meeting with Doctor. FREE ZYBAN PRESCRIPTION TO STOP SMOKING!!!
2:30: Pure Protein Bar (200 Cals, 5g fat 17g carb, 20g protein.)
4:30-5:30: GYM! Walk home (1/2 mile).1 serving whey protein with 1/4 serving (1/2 scoop) Muscle Milk.
5:45: Mile jog.
6:00 PM: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with a "splash" of tomato sauce and cheese. 3 slices turkey breast. Weighed myself: 222 pounds!!!
8:30: Mile walk/jog (about half and half). Whey protein afterwards.
9:00PM- Salad with 2 tbsps fat free italian, 5oz canned tuna mixed with lemon pepper seasoning.
12:30 PM: 1 Serving Whey Protein, 1/4 serving Muscle Milk, BED!

Today so far:

9:30 AM- Wake up.
9:45 AM: 1.5 mile spring training (walk a blog, stretch, sprint a block, repeat)
10:15 AM: 1/2 cup egg beaters, wheat toast, banana. unsweet green tea.
1:30 PM: 2oz wheat spaghetti with 2 tbsps romano cheese and cayenne pepper. 3 slices turkey breast. unsweet green tea. Yummy!
2:40 PM: 1/2 mile walk to school.
4:15 PM: Gym session. Followed by 1 serving whey protein (120 cals, 2g fat 3g carb 23g protein)
5:00: 1/2 mile walk/jog home. Drink cup of unsweet green tea.

I trained really hard yesterday, did about 3 miles AND a gym session. Gonna take it easy for the rest of the day for sure!

Today is my first day of taking wellbutrin to quit my dirty habit with cancer sticks! I feel good. I don't feel like it has made me drowsy (some people experience this), and I really don't notice much of a change.
