Hey everybody!!!
My husband and I started dieting about 2 years ago, our original weights were about 215 each. Since then we have started integrating a healthy diet and exercise, mainly rock climbing, and the results have paid off in full!! We both have droped 25 LBs since and are feeling like completly differn't people. We got interested in rock climbing through a few friends of ours who have been doing it for years. They took us to an indoor place, and then in about 6 months or so of that we graduated to outdoor beginner routes on rock faces. It has been one of the most exhilerating hobbies I have ever taken up. If you are considering trying it I would look into doing an indoor place first. It's nice because you can have them instruct you on the basics and it's not as scary as being on an actual vertical rock face. can get really expensive so be wary where you get it from, a lot of places won't take back any climbing gear as well becasue of liability issues. So if you are a beginner definitely go to an indoor facility where they can get you started up on some basics!!
