Well I decided to create this journal to help motivate me lose weight. I'll jump right in.

- I want to lose 160 lbs... I know that's a lot but I can do it!

- I want to lose 100 lbs in 2008, by working out everyday and eating less (especially pizza)

- I will lose the weight by working out and staying on a lo cal diet.

- This forum will help support me, as well as my friends and family

- I start TOMORROW!

Please feel free to post in here, I would really love it if you guys gave me support. My first goal is to lose 3 lbs this week!
 
Well I've lost 4 lbs! I feel great. I've been lifting weights and walking a mile everyday. Can't wait to lose more.

Good for you!!

One of my favorite things to do is go hiking. There's a river with multiple hiking paths about 45 minutes from where I live. I love going there. It's very peaceful, and I get a decent work out in, too!

I hope that you have as much success in the future as you have had in this first week! :)
 
Thanks guys. I've been walking 2 miles a day and lifting weights for a hour. I really need to get a PT to help me figure out what im doing!
