Road to skinnyness

Hi guys! :)


Height : 5'9"

Weight : 78 kgs

Age : 24


I'm tired of being overweight and being pushed around, so I decided to do this for myself, and for the world! :)

Three years back, I was light as a feather :) (55 kgs!) where I hope to be soon.

I've tried various diets, working out, blah blah, but realized I never have the motivation to do so! I think the main problem is that - I have super skinny people around me, who're constantly trying to put on weight(!!!!!), they eat and eat and eat, and its like the fat gets transferred to me! I honestly don't even eat half as much as they do!


So, anyway! I will need your help in making me super skinny again, this time, I am going to REALLY TRY :)

First of all, welcome to the forums. Good job on taking the first step to success!


And oh boy do I know what you're talking about. I have a brother who is skinny as a stick and can eat the whole fridge and still be the same weight. He's actually too skinny for his age, so my mom and dad buy him so much food. I eat probably half as much as he does and I'm overweight. Wut?!


I wish you good luck with your weight loss journey. I recommend counting calories, especially if you're just beginning to work out. Although from your stats is seems like you're already almost there. What's your goal?

Well, I'm looking to go back to where I was.. maybe around 60 kgs at least! I am tired of people going.... " Ohhhhhh you were so thin" and making an "awww" face! Esp when I bump into friends from school and junior college.!

Though I posted this long back, I haven't started working out as yet! Sucks right! I'm a grad student, and its quite hard to find the time to do so, poor excuse I know. To top it all, I ate two glazed donuts today! damn
 
Hey, welcome to the forum! Good luck with your goals. Once you start, you just need to keep going ... consistency is key!
