a whole lot. especially quality proteins...meats, beans, fish...
 
Low carbs, NON AFTER 5pm, Low Fats. And to Get rid of ur existing fat RUNNING and other cardio activities, running being the best ever! And with ur weight training it is myth to do hi reps low weight, just keep on ur current heavy weights were you can only perform 6 to 10 reps. With ur diet along with heavy workout on ur muscles not only will u lose fat but the muscles will firm up nicely, muscle growth will continue but can be minimised by keeping at ur plateau if u wish, or by going an extra mile on ur cardio so theres less energy avaliable for muscle gain. However continue to eat high proteins as I said otherwise the muscle u made will waste away.
