Ripped in 40 minutes a day for 40 days??

So I'm reading my partners Heat magazine (I won't say where I was but it was better than reading the back of a shampoo bottle) and there was an article about Jordans husband Peter Andre. In it he mentioned how he found a training program where you ate properly and trained for 40 mins a day for 40 straight days. In fairness the guy was a slob but is pretty ripped now.

Anybody ever heard of this program?

Peter Andre is an Atkins dieter, I wouldn't really consider that healthy eating.

Plus, he's still a fat git, he's tits are bigger than Jordans!

Oh yeah, he did lose a lot of weight when he had meningitis last year and was fed through a tube for a month, that helped shed a few pounds I bet

Being ripped or jacked comes from your diet. So don't believe in any of this "lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks" kind of things.
