I eat rice with everyone of my meals including breakfast but I make sure to also include eggs and meats so that the protein outweighs the carbs! And of course throw in some veggies too . It's helped me maintain my weight 124lbs while also giving me quick fuel for cardio exercises. One of my favorite easy recipes I make for breakfast is 1/2 cup brown rice cooked with spinach and a dippy egg with a splash of soy sauce on top.
