Rewarding yourself

Morning,

Here's a neat topic - how do you reward yourself
after a big workout?

I live by hot baths. :) I figure after working out/taeboing/walking/etc., my muscles would benefit by just a plain hot soak...so I'll use essential pine oil, lavendar oil, etc., and then quietly read/relax. I did that last night before going to bed (and after my Taebo Basic workout); it felt quite good.

Foodwise, I'll sometimes make myself a salad to munch on, or perhaps (of course) a bowl of soup.

What do you do?
