Hi Guys-
It's the return of the prodigal child.
Like I said, I've let my weight get away from me and I'm up 35lbs to 285lb.
So, time to reevaluate things and set some new goals! I know how to do it, I've done it before. It just takes Will & diligence.
Goal 1: Stop the night bingeing!!
I've this dirty little habit of gnashing on things until I go to bed, little things that tend to add up.
Goal 2: Begin an exercise program.
I went from walking a mile 3 times a week (at least) to zero. Nothing. I have to get back to it! I live about 2 miles from where I work and I'd love to be able to walk to and from work everyday. No need to create emissions that aren't absolutely necessary.
I'm going to start slow, walking 1/2 mile 3 days a week and work my way up.
Goal 3: Eat Right.
Not such a hard one, I try very hard to do that anyway. But I've got to cut down on the sugar, maybe munch on fruit whenever the sweet tooth calls.
I'd love to see 250lbs. but mostly I just want these healthy habits to become second nature because I feel better, healthier & more engetic.
These are all going to contribute to-
Goal 4: Be less shy in public!!!
Last time, this forum showed me that I can be an upbeat, outgoing person. The fact that I hide that from others IRL is just tragic. Like my husband said, "I just want others to know the woman I love."

Why does work have to start at 8??
and congrats on the 2lbs down. That was sweet of your mom. I didn't know Lane Bryants sizes worked like that. I learn new things everyday
