I have this question and wondered what the experts thought.
Here is my story, so far.
I started joined gym last year with a goal to bulk up. In 2 months, I really suprised myself and the trainers. I got impressive results that even the trainers got intrigued in my routine and diet plan.
Unfotunately, I had to give more priority to my desk job and had to leave gym. Needless to say all those muscles disappeared sooner than they had appreared.
On the bright side, for the last 3 weeks, I am back to gym and starting to see the benefits bit better than last time. (Of course, learned from past experience).
Now the puzzling question is there such a thing a low-maintenence muscles? I mean, do we have to go to the gym for the rest of our lives to maintain bit of muscles? For guys like us who do desk jobs and do not do weight trainning for any professional gains, it is kind of hard to imagine going to gym forever.
Is there a plan that I could follow to retain muscles?
I would prefer to achieve lesser+low-maintence muscles than big+high maintence muscles.
And not hugely related is another query. What can I do to get bit bigger forearms (does not has to be pure muscle)?
Cheers
