This is completely hypothetical but from your experience what kind of results do you think I would see over a period of 2 months, working out around 1-3 hours a day, and eating just say for example pasta for lunch everyday, and also having other well rounded meals, the workouts would concentrat on mainly abs, arms, legs, and weightloss, I know it changes for everyone but to look at this hypotheticaly, what do you think the results would be like.
