I have a little home gym that I use to lift free weights. Well everything was going fine until I started to get back pain and I didnt know why. Now I do. or at least i think i do..apparently while I was lifting i was only concentrating on certain parts of my body and not working out the opposing muscle (i think that's the right term). Well for example, I worked out bicep, tricept, chest via curls and bench but completely ignored my back and shoulders.
now this is where i need help. this is a pic of a part of my weight gym. I kno w i can do a back/shoulders exercise with this but I can think of at least a few ways you can go about it (different grips, front or behind neck pulls dows, etc). for those of you that use this type of weight lifting, what's the best way to exercise shoulders and back using this part of the machine? thanks
haha sorry i don't have a real picture because i can't find my cord to connect the camera to the comp but this how it looks, minus the chair. thanks
