Resistance Bands..

Has anyone used resistance bands actively on their bi/triceps? I've only used them for two days now, but my arms feel like they're about to fall off. (Haha!) I'm just wondering if they do any significant toning of the arms.. I'm going to Florida in less than a month.

If not, do you know anything that WOULD work my arms? They're getting flabby!
 
I know this:
Arms are usually the indicator to tell if a person is losing weight or gaining it. They are the first things to "tone" or bulk up.

Bands are considered a type of "external load". So in theory, they should work just as well as any other form of load.
 
That's really awesome news, since I plan on sticking with it for a while. I love to really feel my arms sore, hah.
