Hey there.
I want to lose my weight right now as I am 16 years old (nearly 17) and I am just under 14 1/2 Stones! That is bad. My habit (right now) is on the weekdays:
Wake Up at 07:00 am for college - drink a bit of water then leave for college.
Generally do not eat until around 16:00 cause that's when I usually leave school and go shops. When I go shops I just buy either: Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastry, Water.
I come home around 16:30 - 17:30 which then (after having a shower and change clothing) eat some sort of curry (fish, meat, chicken...) with rice.
I then after take nothing or a few oranges to my room in which I spend the rest of the day (18:30 - 00:00) sat on my chair using the computer.
Oh sometimes however, I do go downstairs around 21:00 to grab a bite (piece of chicken, cereal or something)
On The weekends :
Wake up around 09:00
Breakfast (banana, tea or cereal) at 09:30
Proceed to stay on my chair till 15:00 - 16:00 to eat lunch ( when I feel hungry ) - (curry...again - or maybe just some pieces of chicken)
Stay on my chair again till around 18:00 where I have a snack (chocolate, banana ...)
On the chair...
Again for the final time come downstairs around 22:00 to eat dinner ( piece of chicken/fish)
What I have at my disposal - Cross Trainer
What I can see and try to do (if it is recommended) apply for a gym.
