reps..

is it ok to lower reps each set..because i cant do the same amount of reps for the second and third set as i can for the first...i get too tired..

i know that your supposed to do 8-12 reps to build mass but i dont have weights that heavy..i ussaly get up to 15-20..should i do slow reps so i can only do like 12?..
 
try moving the weight as fast as possible with absorulte perfect form. This will recruit different fibers than you usual recruit. However, once either your form or speed begins to falter, that will be the end of your set, but have the ideal thought of doing 12.
 
Personally; I recommend moving explosively yet controlled through the positive motion (when you are moving the weight) and slower throught the negative motion (when the weight is moving you). To stimulate muscle growth, the muscle should be under stress for around 30 seconds; so shoot to make every set last about 30 seconds.
