Reps Vs. Weight Question

Here is my dilema. My shoulder is being very problematic so I' can't do as much weight as I would like to. So my question is this, If i do more reps with a bit less weight will I still put on a little bit of size. Now I'm not looking to get huge by no means, just ad a little size.

Most undoubtedly. As long as you can bring your muscles to the point of failure, and endurance exercise like that is great. However, your actual strength gains won't be as good as though you were to do heavier workouts.
