Reps - Period of Rest Between Sets
Now if im doing 3 x 10 reps of an exercise,
After 10, I stop and have a break.
What is a suitable break length I should take before starting the next 10?
45 seconds for example?
And then how long do I rest after completing 3x10 reps of an exercise before I start 3x10 reps of a different exercise?
Is the more sets of 10 I have, the longer the break between exercises? For example will the period of rest between finishing 4x10 exercises and starting another 4x10 exercise be shorter than the period of rest between finishing 3x10 of an exercise and starting another 3x10 of another exercise?
Just so I get an idea for my workout...
