Reps and Sets???

I'm trying to loose fat and gain muscle before my wedding in June, I've already lost 14 lbs and I feel much better. However, I'm not really seeing the gain I want. I would say looing weight is the most important part, but I don't want to look like a skinny wimpy guy.

Weight: 230 lbs
Height: 5'10.5"
Body Fat: +/- 24.3%
Age: 24

Any recomendations on reps and sets? Should I vary my reps and sets every week to work size one week and weight loss the next? Any and all help is greatly accepted.
 
Its a 1 for 1 here im afraid, june is too close. You either gain muscle mass by doing weight exercise 6 to 10 reps, which will burn some fat BUT NOT ALL.

Or option 2, you do weight exercise a little, 12 to 20 reps for toning and firming current muscle, along with cardio, which together burn fat away like a candle on fire.

You barely have the time for 1, never mind both. If I was you I would go with Option 2. Best chance! Get alot of running done!
